![]() My wife and I just moved out after having lived here for just about a year and a half. ![]() I would have renewed my lease if I stayed in DTC. ![]() Overall, The Parc was a safe, clean, and satisfying place to live for someone who wants or needs a modern apartment in the DTC area. Guest parking was made easier with the new company by allowing an online form to be filled out and recognized via license plate, rather than before when they wanted a printed paper to be displayed on the dash. Multiple internet service providers with speeds from 100 to 1000mbs is always a plus.ĭue to how the balconies are designed (being recessed into the building rather than extending from the building) the wind can be obnoxious as it creates a gnarly vortex and pressure difference that creates a very annoying whistle. But even in that time, nothing was taken from my garage even though there was quite a bit of stuff in there. For a few days I was having garage door issues where the door would randomly open without being told to open, this was an issue for a few days because i thought maybe I was just forgetful in closing it at first. I would walk the complex almost everyday on my way to work and never saw any car break-ins. This may in part be due to me living there primarily when Covid quarantine and restrictions were near their peak. I never met any of the people in the three apartments next to mine. There wasn't a whole lot of interaction between tenants. Nothing over the top.Īs someone who doesn't have a dog, the community felt very lonely and secluding, which may be different for those who use the dog park. The amenities are average, I used the pool and gym a few times. ![]() Snow removal is pretty good, but sidewalks generally won't be cleared until after 8am if it snowed overnight. The maintenance group is amazing! Always very helpful and responsive, many times getting to your issues within the day, especially if you find one of them in person. The management was always responsive with any issues or questions. Overall, it was a good experience with both the original management company and the new one that took over about 3/4 through my lease. I lived here for a little over one year, just moved out to a different part of the Denver area for work. I did really enjoy being a quick bike ride away from the Cherry Creek State Park though! ![]() The train ride is a bit long (but so much better than driving), but the suburban life in Greenwood Village wasn't for me personally. The only reason I really left is because I wanted to be closer to downtown Denver. If you forget to refresh your tag you will likely be towed, but because of this residents never have to worry about coming home only for every spot to be taken. There's enough parking, but some tenants can take advantage of it, so The Parc has very strict rules about their tags that get refreshed regularly. Most of the negative reviews I see in the comments are about people having their cars towed, but honestly that's a good thing imo. The walking access to the F Line at the Orchard Station was the ultimate reason I ended up looking at this place. I really enjoyed my stay, and specifically was seeking out a well rated apartment complex. This was the first place I lived when I moved to Colorado in 2017, and stayed for a year. ![]()
